Unfortunately sometimes things just don't go to plan

Our returns policy under the Sales of Goods Act is only on new items that are faulty, have a factory defect or are not as described.

 

If you have ordered by mistake and have not opened the item or removed any protective film or covers but want to return it for a refund, we are happy to refund you within a 14 day period from the date the item was received. You will need to inform us by email of your intent before returning the item. A small charge will be deducted to cover our costs.

Postage will need to be paid by yourself unless the item is faulty, has a factory defect or isn't as described. 

Faulty items can be refunded or replaced depending on stock, or another item selected from our stock to the same value.  Please enclose a note of your preference with the returned item.

Once we have received your return, if a refund has been requested, we will process payment back to you within 14 days.

If the item has been damaged by trying to repair it yourself or by someone else it will void a full refund. 

The return policy does not cover Pre-Loved items as these are a used item and sold as seen.

Items that have been used or abused will not be covered.

Please contact us with any related issue and we will help to our best to solve any situation.

When buying from us you will be accepting our returns policy.
